ABOUT
I.E.M.S.A was founded by Dr. Vittorio Montanari in Buenos Aires in 1948.
I.E.M.S.A was founded in Milan in 1964. The shareholding was split between Dr. V. Montanari (50%) and Dr. De Nora (50%). In 1980 Dr.V.Montanari took over the 50% of Dr. De Nora the main activity of IEMSA S.p.A.was mechanical erection. Considering of the substantial reduction of investment level in Italy during early 80’s, in 1984 it was decided to form IEMSA IMPIANTI in Egypt as a branch till year 2009,in year 2009 we established I.E.M.S.A as an Egyptian limited liability company according to Egyptian law no.159 for year 1981.
Shareholder of I.E.M.S.A is 95% Forging portion and 5% Egyptian portion.

I.E.M.S.A core business is to manage and perform main contracting projects of Medium sizes (about 30.000.000= USD) as well as traditional electromechanical erection activities. Its long experience in the construction of various type of plants (power stations, chemical and petrochemical plants, etc.) makes it also capable to supply an engineering service in order to solve problems related to the maintenance and rebuilding of old plants.
I.E.M.S.A is also the owner of a mechanical fabrication workshops total area 6030 are meters (more than 300 ton/month) of plate work and steel structure
